|Dice the tomatoes and the onions and mix with the chopped parsley and chives. Add the vinegar, olive oil, salt at your liking and a glass of water.
Boil the glasses of water with the vinegar, oil and salt. Add the onions and stir for 3 minutes. Strain off the liquid and when the onions are warm season them with olive, oil and oregano.
