|Put the Salt involving both sides of meat. Wrap it in cellophane paper(for barbecue) 10 times. stick the meat in a thick split.
With a thin wire, tie the ends so it will bake in its own fat. Barbecue placing it 50 cm from the heat source for 6 to 7 hours. Part of the cellophane paper if going to burn. Not to worry about. When it's done, cut one the ends to drain the fat. Barbecue to brown.
