3Kg cod Steak( leave them to soak in cold water the day before, changing the water for 3 times. Cook and strip them.)
|Blend the tomatoes, onions, and cloves garlic. Put the mixture in a saucepan. Add the oil, oregano, bay leaves. Season the sauce and reserve. In a large saucepan, arrange in layers: sauce, potatoes, cod, hearts of palm, olives and spring greens until all ingredients are over. Cooking time: 1 hour, until the spring greens leaves are cooked.
