Picanha ao Forno (grilled/roast)

Ingredients:

1 picanha ( 1Kg )
Salt

Preparation:
Paper baking can with aluminum foil. Put the picanha with the fat facing up.Spread salt on it. Preheat the oven at 200ºC or use steam barbecue. Bake it for 1 hour. Take off the aluminum foil and let it brow. Serve in thin slices
Accompaniments:
Delicious with lettuce, tomato and rice.
