Chicken with Cream Cheese

400g of cream cheese
1Kg chicken breast
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 onion
1 can of tomato sauce

In a pressure cooker put some oil. Sauté the garlic and then the onion. Put the chickens breasts and the bay leaf. Cook for 20 minutes. Strip the chicken breasts and add the tomato sauce. Put in a ovenproof baking dish. Spread the cream cheese over it and bake it. Before serving spread a bag of potato crisps.
Serve with rice, green or mayonnaise salad.
